These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use the DNB Academy website or take part in our programs and services. By using our website or joining a program, you agree to these Terms.

01Accepting these Terms

By using this website, submitting an application, booking a call or buying any program or service from us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

02Our services

DNB Academy provides education, mentorship, coaching and digital products for music producers. What each program includes is described when you join. We may update the content and structure of our programs to keep or improve their quality.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to buy or take part in our programs. The information you give us must be accurate and complete.

04No guarantee of results

Our programs are educational. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, income, release, booking or level of success. Student results, releases, features or achievements shown on our website or in our materials belong to those individuals and are not typical, promised or guaranteed.

Your results depend on many things in your control, including your effort, skill, consistency and circumstances. By joining, you accept responsibility for your own progress.

05Testimonials and third-party brands

Testimonials, reviews and student achievements reflect the experiences of specific people and don't mean you will get similar results. Logos and names of labels, events and other third parties are used only to describe factual results achieved by individual students, and don't mean any partnership, affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship. All trademarks belong to their owners.

06Payment

Fees are due as shown when you buy. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment in full and on time. If payments are missed, we may suspend or end your access, and amounts already paid won't be refunded.

07Refunds

All sales are final once access has been granted or the service has begun. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains this in full.

08Intellectual property

All content in our programs, including videos, materials, templates and resources, belongs to us or is licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself only. You may not copy, share, resell, record or redistribute it. Unauthorised use may lead to your access being ended without a refund and to legal action. Sample packs and presets come with their own usage licence, shown with the product.

09Conduct

Please treat our team, mentors and other students with respect. We may suspend or end the access of anyone whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive or harmful, or who breaks these Terms, without a refund.

10Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, programs or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program the claim relates to.

11Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or damages caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website, programs or content.

12Use of client success and results in marketing

DNB Academy reserves the right to reference and showcase client successes and results achieved through the use of its training in its marketing, including but not limited to:

• Case studies: we may create and publish case studies describing how clients have achieved success using our training, which may include client quotes and specific statistics or metrics demonstrating the results achieved.
• Testimonials: we may collect and publish client testimonials about their experience, on our website, in our marketing materials, and on social media.
• Blog posts and content: we may publish articles, interviews, and other content highlighting client success, including tips and advice on how similar results can be pursued.

By enrolling in and using our programs, you grant DNB Academy the right to use your success stories and results in this way, and you agree to provide any information or materials reasonably necessary to facilitate this, such as quotes, testimonials, and related details. Your enrolment in and use of our training constitutes your consent to this use, and no separate approval is required prior to publication. We will make all reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of your information; however, you acknowledge that some information may need to be shared with our marketing partners in order to produce and publish this content.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date. If you keep using our website or services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
