Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for the programs, products and services you buy from DNB Academy. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

01Why all sales are final

Our programs, mentorship and products give you immediate access to digital content, downloads and the time and attention of our team and mentors. Because this value is delivered straight away and can't be returned, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

02Right of withdrawal

When you buy from us, you get immediate access to digital content, downloads and program materials that can't be returned. By completing your purchase, you expressly ask for access to start immediately and you acknowledge that you give up your right of withdrawal (the right to cancel within 14 days) as soon as access is granted or a download begins.

03Digital products and downloads

Courses, sample packs, preset bundles, producer bundles, templates, recordings and other digital content are non-refundable once you have access or a download has started.

04Mentorship, coaching and programs

Mentorship, coaching and program fees are non-refundable once your enrolment is confirmed and your place has been reserved. We work with a small number of students at a time, and reserving your place means turning others away. This applies whether or not you attend sessions, use the materials or complete the program.

05Payment plans

If you join on a payment plan, you're responsible for the full amount agreed. Stopping the program doesn't cancel the remaining payments, and payments already made are non-refundable. If you paid through a financing provider, your repayment agreement is with that provider.

06Change of mind or results

Our programs are educational, and outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, for not using the program, or because a particular result wasn't achieved. As our Terms and Disclaimer explain, we don't guarantee any specific result.

07Exceptional circumstances

We consider genuinely exceptional circumstances case by case, at our discretion. Anything we offer under this section is a goodwill gesture and doesn't create an entitlement or precedent. To raise a circumstance, email support@dnbacademy.eu.

08Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concern before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Opening a chargeback in breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the program and any associated materials.
