This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for programs, products, and services purchased from DNB Academy ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy in full.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital and educational products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete and access has been granted.

1. Why All Sales Are Final

Our programs, mentorship, and products consist of immediately accessible digital content, downloadable materials, and personalised guidance. The moment you enrol, you receive access to valuable, consumable digital products, resources, and the time and attention of our team and mentors. Because this value is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products, downloads, templates, resources, recordings, and any consumable digital content are strictly non-refundable once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital goods and you expressly waive any right to a refund or cancellation once access has been provided or a download has begun.

3. Mentorship, Coaching & Programs

Mentorship, coaching, and program fees are non-refundable once your enrolment is confirmed and your place has been reserved. We work with a limited number of students at a time, and reserving your place means turning others away. This applies whether or not you attend sessions, use the materials, or complete the program.

4. Payment Plans

If you have enrolled on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full balance owed. Choosing to stop using the program does not cancel your obligation to complete the agreed payments, and payments already made are non-refundable.

5. No Refunds For Change Of Mind Or Results

Because our programs are educational and outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances, we do not offer refunds based on a change of mind, dissatisfaction with your own progress, failure to use the program, or because a specific result was not achieved. As stated in our Terms and Disclaimer, we do not guarantee any specific result or outcome.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

While all sales are final, we consider genuinely exceptional circumstances on a strictly case-by-case basis, entirely at our sole discretion. Any consideration under this section is a goodwill gesture and does not create an entitlement, precedent, or obligation to provide a refund in any case. 7. Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback in breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of access to the program and any associated materials.
