Mentorships: For mentorship programs, there are no refunds under any circumstances. This policy is due to the scheduling commitments and manual labor involved in providing personalized mentorship sessions. Once a session is scheduled and reserved, resources are allocated, and time slots become unavailable for other participants.

Courses: Similarly, for courses offered on our platform, including downloadable content such as videos, documents, and other materials, there are no refunds. Once the content is accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered, and refunds will not be issued.

Sample Packs and Preset Packs: Our sample packs and preset packs are digital products that cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available.

STREAMPASS: The STREAMPASS subscription service also follows our no-refund policy. Once a subscription is activated and payments are processed, refunds will not be provided.
