About Us
DNB Academy is a specialist drum & bass production academy. We help producers, from complete beginners to experienced artists, make music that sounds professional, gets finished and gets released.
Who we are
Most producers spend years stuck: tutorial after tutorial, mixdowns that never sound right, and folders full of unfinished ideas. DNB Academy was built to change that.
Instead of guessing, our students work directly with industry-pro mentors who give them structure, honest feedback and a clear plan for their music, alongside a community of producers working towards the same goals.
What we help you build
Professional sound
Sound design and mixdown skills that make your tracks hold up next to the music you love.
Release-ready music
Finishing tracks, preparing them for labels and getting your music out into the world.
Your own sound
A style and direction that makes your music recognisable in a crowded scene.
How the mentorship works
- A dedicated 1:1 mentor who knows your music and your goals
- Daily live sessions to learn, ask questions and stay on track
- Weekly feedback on your tracks
- A community of producers at every level
We only take a small number of producers at a time, so every student gets real attention. Whether you're just starting out or already sending tracks to labels, the mentorship is built around your level, and complete beginners are welcome.
Where our students have gone
Our students have released music on labels including Liquicity, UKF and DnB Allstars, and performed at events including Let It Roll, Liquicity, Rampage and DnB All Stars.
One student went from a few dozen streams to a Platinum record in under two years.
Every result belongs to the artist who earned it and comes from their own work, so results vary. See our Disclaimer.
